Foot soak For fungus, relieve gout pain / inflammation, eliminate foot odour, athletes’ foot

How to use:
Recommended 3 times a day for healthier feet
Fill basin with warm / hot water
Add 50-100g of bath salt and stir to dissolve
Soak your feet for 12/15 minutes, or for gout relief soak for 30 minutes
For fungus, add diluted tea tree oil for its antifungal properties
This is a great way to exfoliate dry, cracked heels



First wash and clean your skin in a shower or bath without using any bath salt or additives.
Now run a relatively warm or hot bath
For the salt to dissolve into the water quick, add 100-200g bath salt whilst the bath is running
Adding essential oils or creams is beneficial for your skin and can be mixed with the salt.
Soak your skin for 20 minutes or more for best results.
When finished, there is no need to wash the saltwater off your skin as it is naturally absorbed, therefore just dry your skin for smooth healthy skin
