The Veil range includes 42 shades of Cover Cream, ensuring a perfect colour match for all complexions. Our product range also includes specialist finishing powders in two shades to make sure your makeup stays put all day long and various skin care products to prep your skin for the application of Veil products.
Veil was an early leader in the field of cosmetic camouflage and was first formulated in 1952 by our founder, Mr Thomas Blake. A forward thinking and inspired cosmetic chemist, Blake was asked by a pioneering plastic surgeon to formulate a cover cream that would hide post-operative scars. His creation was an immediate success in the new field of remedial camouflage and has continued now for over 60 years. To this day, we still follow the original recipe which was developed all those years ago.
Our products are manufactured and hand potted in the UK by our team of craftsmen and women following a unique manufacturing process using pure and simple raw materials, which makes our cover cream effective and easy to use. The original recipe has been a success for over 60 years and continues to provide a truly flawless finish for a range of skin issues.
Veil Cover Cream is trusted, used and recommended by a range of highly trained make-up artists, as well as also being recognised by Look Good Feel Better - the only international cancer support charity providing practical and effective free services for women and teenagers struggling with the visible side effects of cancer treatment. Veil products also remain as one of the few brands listed by the National Health Service as an effective solution for the one in four people in the UK who live with a skin condition.
